HE stayed focused on what HE was CALLED to DO. HE DIED for our sins. HE CONQUERED the GRAVE and DEATH. HE said, "It is FINISHED" HE was seen again, after the CROSS. HE completed HIS TASK. HE was RESURRECTED, in front of WITNESSES. HE sent us a HELPER, the HOLY SPIRIT. HE is WITH us. HE never leaves or forsakes us. HE is SEATED on the RIGHT HAND of the FATHER! HE LIVES!     31 Jesus answered them, Do ye now believe?
    32 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.

    These are my thoughts, please share yours.

    31 We need to believe. God can do things in our lives that grow our faith. God also can act and people still don’t believe.

    32 This would happen in the time the Christians were persecuted and they spread thru the world. This would also happen to the Jews that would spread after Rome burned Jerusalem and destroyed the temple. What He is referring to particularly here is how they would return home after the cross. Jesus didn’t have friends on the cross and wasn’t meant to. We can take faith that He never leaves us.
