HE stayed focused on what HE was CALLED to DO. HE DIED for our sins. HE CONQUERED the GRAVE and DEATH. HE said, "It is FINISHED" HE was seen again, after the CROSS. HE completed HIS TASK. HE was RESURRECTED, in front of WITNESSES. HE sent us a HELPER, the HOLY SPIRIT. HE is WITH us. HE never leaves or forsakes us. HE is SEATED on the RIGHT HAND of the FATHER! HE LIVES! HE is COMING AGAIN. May the LORD BLESS you, today...

    John 14:15-16 King James Version (KJV)
    15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
    16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

    John 14:15-16
    NSB 15 »If you love me, you will keep (obey) my commandments! 16 »I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another helper, that he [the Father] may be with you forever.

    These are my thoughts, please share yours.

    15 We keep His commands not out of fear for judgment because thru Him dying on the cross we have been spared judgment but we keep His commands because of our love for Him and it shows we know who He is, this does not mean we will be perfect means we have His grace which we live by.

    16 Jesus is referring to the Spirit, today we as believers are given the Holy Spirit but they had Jesus and had to wait on the Spirit. The Spirit is helping us by giving us strength and guidance.
