    John 13:1 King James Version (KJV)
    13 Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.

    John 13:1
    NSB 1 Jesus knew before the feast of the Passover that the time had come for him to leave this world and return to his Father. He loved his own who were in the world to the very end.


    These are my thoughts, please share yours.

    Passover is one of the biggest Jewish events that happen each year. Jesus always knew His time because He is the Lord but He time had come and He knew it. Jesus knew how bad His death would be but He was willing to die for us any way. Jesus died a death that He did not deserve to pay the price for sin that we can not pay.
