Interpretations to two dreams that are related from HLA

This is in reference to "Being Escourted" and "Snakes turn into an angel" dreams. Both of these dreams were dreamed recently and very close together.

His Love Abides, was gracious and sent me a more complete interpretation of the dreams, and has given me her blessing in posting it here.
Hi Susan. The following two dreams that were posted on 1-14-09 on your forum are connected. Did you have these dreams close together?
* I had a dream a few nights ago, and have been praying about the meaning. In the dream, I saw a white snake, turn into a white angel, with flowing dark hair. The eyes gave this angel away. The eyes remained the eyes of a snake, and were piercing. The mouth had a serpents tongue. There was no light surrounding this angel either. It was darkness all around, where ever the angel passed. This was an angel that is deceptive in appearance.
* I have been praying about the meaning of this dream. In the dream, I am being escorted by two men, that are flanking me on the left and the right. Except the person really isn't me, but it is different people from all walks of life. At first, I have a dark complexion, with African features. As we are walking towards, whatever it is, my appearance changes, to Asian features, Native American features, etc. In the last vision I see me being escorted by these two men. We come to a place, that looks like a hillside clearing. Before me, I see my husband. He has been beaten, and left for dead. There is a male child, standing over him crying, and he looks at me, and begs for me to help his daddy. (Since I haven't had any sons, in the physical world, I see this boy as an angel, begging for mercy upon my husband.) I break free from the two men that are escorting me, and bend down and hold my husband in my arms, crying and kissing him. The dream fades, as he is revived.
As Paul explained many people are too willing to be led astray or to lead others astray even when they know the true Word of God. It can be summed up to modern day political correctness in the church. Those that twist the Word to suit ones lifestyle.
Let's address the first dream:

This dream is a reminder of how the serpent deceived Eve. Eve knew the Word of God and quoted it to the serpent but the serpent knew the word too and knew how to appear as someone that was there to help her in knowledge by using trickery and deceit thereby causing her to sin.
(Genesis 3:1-5 KJV) "Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which The Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil."
There are many today that have the appearance of righteousness, such as the "white" snake in the dream and they have knowledge of what is written in the Word of God but they do not operate in the Spirit. They speak lies and there is no light of Jesus in them. They are more concerned for pleasing man than pleasing God.
(2 Corinthians 11:3-4 KJV) "But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him."
Let's address the second dream:

Except the person really isn't me, but it is different people from all walks of life. At first, I have a dark complexion, with African features. This dream also speaks of those that have knowledge of the word of God, specifically those who have held tight to the teachings of the Bible but now they are allowing themselves to be led off into apostasy. Apostasy is defined as "the state of having rejected religious beliefs in favor of opposing beliefs or causes. Leaving that which in first given." Scripture in the Bible warns against turning away from the the truth of God's Word.
Proverbs 4:27 Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.
Deuteronomy 5:32 "So you shall observe to do just as the LORD your God has commanded you; you shall not turn aside to the right or to the left.
Deuteronomy 28:14 and do not turn aside from any of the words which I command you today, to the right or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
Proverbs 1:15 My son, do not walk in the way with them. Keep your feet from their path,
The many different faces that the person in the dream took on is representative of the world today. Paul speaks about apostasy in the end times.
1 Timothy 4:1-2, “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron.”
Biblical teaching today is being thrown out for the doctrines of man. An all inclusive, tolerant of all doctrine that will lead to nothing but destruction. The enemy is attacking from within the body of Christ. This has been provided by the open window of the church being neither hot nor cold. satan knows he can attack when those within the body of Christ are lacking in the strength of their own faith. This speaks of the Laodicean of the last days.
Revelation 3:14-22:
"To the angel of the church in Laodicea write:
These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God's creation. I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm--neither hot nor cold--I am about to spit you out of my mouth. You say, 'I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.' But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see. Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest, and repent. Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me. To him who overcomes, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."
Towards the end of the dream the Lord shows your husband, beaten and left for dead. I will agree with you that the husband represents Jesus and the little boy symbolizes the Holy Spirit. God is calling you to continue on with bringing the truth to those in the church that are being led astray. Stay the path of righteousness.
Paul preached about continuing in the faith. Defend the faith against apostasy and never give up. May you be encouraged with the words preached by Paul.
2 Timothy 4:2 “Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction.”

Wow these are amazing dreams! I am just in awe of how the Lord is speaking through dreams and visions today. HLA.... I believe your interpretation is spot on.
