Church Budgeting Advice? Empty Church Budgeting Advice?

Pastors and church staff, do you have any advice for managing your budget? The only advice I can offer is to ask certain questions to gain more insight into your budget- such as these church budget questions. I'd really appreciate your advice, thank you!

Church Budgeting Advice? Empty Re: Church Budgeting Advice?

Our church has oversight on all expenses and budgeting. We've been blessed knowing where the money we tithe goes. GOD turns our little into great things. If you decide  to designate where your tithes go, pray first. Our church has a ten percent policy that goes towards missions. We choose to donate into the general fund. It is divided up among many offices within the church. Our additional offerings, we may or may not mark to specific funds. We must remember that all we have comes from GOD, first. The church responsibility is to use the money responsibly.

This is a great topic!  I hope others will share their church experience with church funds.
