Praying for our Children
Parents, Grandparents Aunts and Uncles, are you praying over the children in your family? Not only praying for them, but praying deeply for future spouses and future generations? Are you prayng for their health and well-being? Are you praying for their education? For future jobs, etc?
Read the Bible to them and with them! Take them to church. Don't just send them to church alone. Let them see you worshiping GOD too. If it had not been for praying families, many of my generation would have made it.
Our children are the most vulnerable. They need our Hedge of Protection prayers and blessings over them, more than ever. Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6 (KJV)
Not only should you be praying over them daily; you should be setting the example of how they should act as adults. Teach them how to love their spouse, because you do that yourself. Teach them how to work hard, love hard, and be a person of inegrity and grit. Giving them moral lessons and gudiance. Be the ones, they can look up to and remember.Be the ones in their lives, that they can be most proud of.
Most of all, spend time with them, pay attention, stop what you are doing, and be in the moment. Because those moments will pass quickly. Give them all your love and devotion, in their lives, forever and always. Being a parent doesn't end. Family is forever.
