I have more good news, to share this with all of you! My hubby and I have been living in this rental house for about 6 years, now. The landlord has wanted to sell the house to us, and has been patient over the last three years, as we tried, and tried again, to get approved. Well, a little over a month ago, my hubby was talking with his boss about how we really wanted to buy the house. His boss gave him a number of a friend, who works in Real Estate Mortgage. We contacted him, and he took a look at our credit reports, and called us, asking who had tried unsuccessfully, to get us approved. We explained, what had transpired, and he told us, that we are approved to buy the house! Not only that, but we should have been approved, the first time we applied! So, we know that this was all in the LORD'S TIMING! We are now able to purchase this house, with no money down, and, get a loan for any improvements, we want to make, AND at a lower price, because this is a buyer's market now! PRAISE THE LORD!

My hubby and I can't stop thanking the LORD, for HIS MERCY and GRACE. AMEN. We give HIM the GLORY for making our dream a reality. Everything we have, belongs to the LORD, and we are sooooo very thankful, humbled and amazed.

Please pray that everything goes through as planned, and that we are able to sign the closing documents, soon. This will be our first home purchase.
