Salad by the Preacher's Wife

Simple, healthy and delicious! I actually got this recipe from a Preacher's Wife many years go. And she called it just that!
24 ounce small Curd Cottage Cheese 1% milkfat
20 ounce pineapple chucks canned
15 ounce Mandarin oranges canned.
1 cup boiling water
3 ounce orange gelatin
Boil water and mix in gelatin until dissolved. Add Cottage Cheese and mix. Drain both cans of fruit and add. Mix into the gelatin and cottage cheese mixture. Refrigerate. About 12-14 servings.
