John 12:35-36

John 12:35-36 King James Version (KJV)
35 Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.
36 While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them.
John 12:35-36
NSB 35 Jesus said to them: »The light will be with you for a little while. Walk while you have the light, that darkness does not overtake you. He who walks in the darkness does not know where he goes. 36 »While you have the light, exert active faith in the light, that you may become sons of light.« Jesus said this and then he departed and hid himself from them.
These are my thoughts, please share yours.
35 He was referring to Himself as the Light not sunlight or Truth but Him; He would soon be gone but never really gone. We can let this world defeat us if we let it, it is easier to follow the ways of the world because it is simply doing what ever we want but we are to follow His ways and do what He want of us, that is the way of the light and the world is the way of the darkness. The world does not know where they are going.
36 Those that are of the Faith are all children of the Light, believers in Christ, Christians, followers of the Way, His disciples and other names we have been called as well. Jesus left sometimes we have to remove our self from the world and just dwell in God’s presence. We sometimes have to share the Truth and then leave because we have done what He wanted of us.
