Lecithin

Lecithin
I've been taking this supplement since college. It was a pharmacist who told me about it helping memory. When in college, my grades went from a C to an A-B average! It is also good for every cell in your body. It probably has saved me from having gall stones or kidney stones, too.
Foods that contain lecithin:
Cabbage, cauliflower, chickpeas, green beans, lentils, soybeans, corn, split peas, calves’ liver, eggs, brewer’s yeast, grains, legumes, fish, and wheat germ.

Lecithin is a lipid that consists mostly of choline, but also includes inositol, phosphorus, and linoleic acid. Lecithin helps to prevent arteriosclerosis, protects against cardiovascular disease, improves brain function, helps keep the liver and kidneys healthy, aids in thiamin and vitamin A absorption, and can even help to repair liver damage caused by alcoholism--this nutrient is essential to every living cell in the human body.
