The WORD dwelt among men

GOD is our consuming love! HE cares so very deeply for us. I am ever reminded of HIS love, in the most simple ways throughout the day.
GOD is a constant presence! GOD is with us, even when we feel we are alone. HE ministers to us, through our needs and wants, and through other people around us!
GOD is a refuge. GOD is indeed a refuge for us. We can run to HIM anytime, any place, and know that GOD will be there to protect and comfort us!
There are so many verses that tell us about who GOD is! As we begin the journey into this HOLY SEASON, let us remember that GOD came down, and dwelt among men. HE is a personal GOD!
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (KJV)
It's hard to understand how GOD's WORD, became flesh to dwell among us. But we know that JESUS was indeed born of a virgin, to be raised in a Jewish home, by his loving earthly parents. GOD placed JESUS in the lineage of King David, not on one side, but even his adoptive earthly father, was in the lineage of King David. Over and over, the old testiment prophesies, are proven in JESUS. From the stable birth, to the cross, JESUS came to seek and save us all! All we have to do is believe HIM! Repent of our sins, and follow HIM! Three very simple steps that leads us to eternal life.
