Why watch for HEAVENLY SIGNS?

We watch for SIGNS in the HEAVENS, because JESUS is the MESSIAH, as PROPHECIED in the WORD. From the very BEGINNING of TIME, GOD has left a message that HE WILL GIVE SIGNS in the HEAVENS.
Genesis 1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: 15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
Three wise men, from the east, visited JESUS.
Matthew 2:1 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, 2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
Numbers 24:17 I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.
The Star of David, represents the MESSIAH. It was given in Numbers, to be a STAR that comes out of Jacob.

Revelation 2:28 And I will give him the morning star.
Revelation 22:16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
JESUS will come again, in the AIR and from the EAST?
Matthew 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. 29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
We know that our LORD, placed every star up in the heavens, and named each one of them.
Psalms 147:4 He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.
There is a LIGITMATE reason for watching the HEAVENS for SIGNS.
