Using My Fitness Pal to get healthier
Since January First, I have been working on getting healthier. I am using My Fitness Pal to track weight loss and exercise. So far, I ave dropped 24 pounds! My Dr's are amazed.

I started out just watching my calories and carbs. And slowly built up watching my fat intake, protein, sodium, sugar and fiber.
